unauthorized taking of funds

I was charged $30.00 after previously cancelling this service the first cancellation number given me was3421735 after recieving notification from my bank that another charge for the amount above was issued on 2/17/2010 I called and cancelled again and was given a new cancellation number 3421856. Please help me see that Idont recieve any more charges on my accout again.

Money taken out of account and I was unaware of this transaction

7-1-2009- There was $7.98 taken out of checking acct.

7-7-2009- There was $31.65 fee taken out of my checking acct.

I have not used this website and did not approve of them taking these amounts out of my account.

I have called today July 30th and have cancelled all web reports. Please do not deduct any more fees out of my checkings without my approval. I do feel I should get these fees back.
I also can send a copy of these fees if you need them. Let me know.
