I signed up for a 3-day trial of their background services. I called to cancel my service the next day. The service rep didn't completely cancel my subscribtion and I was charged for a month of service. When I called to find out why, they tried to put me off, when I pushed to have the matter resolved, the representative blamed me for the extra charges. They also would not give me any corporate contact information so that I could file a complaint.
