This company advertises that you can use their "handy tool" to change key words once submitted. But that is a lie. You must email them to make changes. And they refuse to respond to emails. I've been waiting over two months for a simple email reply--and no, they have not made the changes I requested last December. This is NOT a reputable firm. They provide no phone number and refuse to respond to email concerns.
