Been put on hold 30 min average each time. Word of advice if you are looking to run a web based business, you should stay away from Bell Sympatico, associated with Internet Domain Names for Business (no one will answer your calls or emails) and stay away from their hosting package called WebCenter.ca. This problem has been on going for 14 days, a simple mis-configuration of PHP Config file, no one over there will be able to provide an answer for you.
