I have a web hosting account that I pay over $50 mo. for, and my online store has not produced a sale, and when I tested a purchase, I found that the buyer could not complete the sale, as the program did not go to the payment gateway's invoice, just left me with an error. I then contacted the company over a month ago and they said it works in FireFox! but I said Well, maybe we should ask everyone in the world to download Firefox, ...they created a ticket, 2 weeks without word I received a confirmation resolved ticket so I tested it in IET8 and IET7, and found the same issue. I again contacted tech support and they appologized and opened up the ticket again. This was 2 weeks ago and 1 week ago I received an updated ticket resolution to make a change to my IET options to see if that would work. I then contacted them and told them that if I made the change to my IET then 'great!' I may be able to purchase at my computer...OH, then what about the other million buyers across the continent!!!... The supervisor tech I was talking to was very rude and condescending, and I haven't heard from them since... OH, and people still cannot buy from my online store... I am very disgusted and frustrated let down by the service I have had in the past 2 months that I will be looking to move my business elsewhere.
