Purchased product with the lifetime service. When I switched computers and tried to load onto new computer, activation code would not work. Then I contacted the 'customer service' and was basically told they didn't have me in their system and I would have to buy again. If you think about buying, don't. Go somewhere else. I see others have also rated this company poorly as well. There is a reason.
