I inquired about a Payday Loan that I did not complete because of the fees. A check was sent to my account in the amount of $19.95 and they refuse to give me a refund. They have cancelled my account, but stated that I authorized the charges, which I did not. They also continued to try to make me stay with them for a lesser amount. It was like trying to cancel with AOL. I will be reporting them to the BBB regarding this. The check they submitted caused me to receive fees to my Checking account, which my bank will no refund.
