On New Years Eve my family attended a party there at a VIP table "B" that was advertised as having a "birds eye view" of the show on the lower level. This was false advertising, as only view was the floor we were on. Wife is handicapped and could not view any show that was below from her seat, or any other from table "B". We would not have attended had we known this. Webster Hall did not respond to my complaints and refused partial reimbursement through my credit card. Table "C" is also advertised the same way. Only table "A", and only part of that table for that matter, has any view of the activity below. Complaint is false advertising...staff were helpful during event, however if we had known that there was no view, we would not have gone there that night, at a cost of over 700 dollars. Very disappointing.
