I submitted an expensive watch to be brokered. they found a buyer and would receive a small commission for their services. i signed a contract and the buyer had 15 days to complete the transaction. it has been over the 15 day mark and now they won't answer their phones or return my calls. this delay has caused me much hardship.i got bills like everyone else. these people have opened their business in november of 2009 and already they have 16 complaints lodged against them and a rating of F from the BBB. WHY are these people still in business? this transaction was done over the internet, so tell me this, IF you submitted an expensive item over the internet thinking that this is a reputable company and all of a sudden the people your doing business with drop contact and don't do what the contract says, what would you do?
