I went to the Web Biz Customer site. Clicked on live chat. I was able to voice my complaint with them and got the account cancelled. I had never heard of this business until they charged my account for $39.99. I told them that tomorrow I am having that amount returned and I did not want to have anything to do with their company. They cancelled my subscription and gave me a confirm number. Hope this helps others that have been hit by this company
