Jan 20th i set up with This DJ service to have them provide music for my wedding. I paid in advance. Everything seemed to to be working out until the NIGHT before my wedding. One of their "department managers" called and said, " your Dj won't be able to make it, however, we'll try to find you another one, but if you have a plan B use it." Of course we didnt have a plan B, and they never found us another DJ to fill in. Instead we had to pay for another DJ using our money, because they don't do refunds over the phone-only by check no matter how you paid. Since my weding which was Feb. 20, 2010 I still have not recieved a refund. All several times i have called I get the same response." I'm sorry Mrs...""I don't know why you haven't recieved it your refund by now, I see it went out already from our corporate company." So don't use this compnay they will rip you off. Of course I'm now in contact with an attorney, but this was and is highly unprofessional, scam company!
