Very shady company

This is a very shady company, they advertise on their website that they have 24hr. cust. svc. that's false. The phone # that they have is just a machine, no one ever, ever picks up. I have called everyday at different times of the day and the same voicemail comes on. This is serious because this is the company I used for my wedding favors. You would think for such an important occasion they would have outstanding cust. svc. This is the worst, most unprofessional comapny I have ever delt with. Now I want a refund and I have yet to receive an email from them. I warn anyone especially for such an important occasion to never ever use this comapny!!!

fraud

I placed my order and paid extra for rush service. My credit card was charged right away but then I heard nothing. The date of the event for which the favors were ordered passed with nothing from the seller. I tried calling the toll free number several times, no answer, just mailboxes. I emailed several times. I received one email from Brad saying my order was cancelled but he has not credited my account. I have again tried emailing and calling with no luck.
