Weight Loss System refused to refund my money back to my Bank regarding Policy, States after 30 days if you don.t cancel your order with them They will continue withdraweling funds out of your Account, I cancel my account with them on August 4, 2010 and informed Weight Loss System I dont want anymore of there products, The Sales person from Weight Loss System stated she will cancel my scription. On August 10, 2010, Weight Loss System withdrawel $87.45 out of My account, I call and inform Weight Loss System you withdrawel money out of my account without my permission when I cancel my scription with Weight Loss System, I mail back the first package of diet pills and waiting for refund of $49.50. I ask Weight Loss System to email or send me there Policy on return items and refunds. The sale person Stated " We Don't Send Out Our Policy", I cancel my Credit Card so Weight Loss System cant withdrawel money from my account. Weight Loss System also but my account into overdraft. Weight Loss System also Stated it will take 10-15 business days to return my refunds for $49.50, Weight Loss System also Stated that there return policy is that you can only return 1 product and you only will receive half of your money. my wife ordered a promotion order of their weight loss caplets, which was supposed to cost approx.$3.00+ and the next thing we new my cred card had been charged $160.00, $79.95 and another $79.95. i called these people on 3/18/10 and they gave me a cancellation number and was supposed to issue credit on my credit card.on 4/12/10 we recieved another shipment and another $79.95 charged on my credit card.i called them again and they claimed they didnt know anything about a cancelllation number but i was given a return auth.number and when they recieve the merchandise back they would issue credit at that time.i was told to use the address on the package to return the merchandise, but i looked up the return policy on their webpage and it said to return it to another address or you wouldnt get credit.i dont know what to do.this is definately a scam.any suggestions?????
