This so called attorney listens to your case builds you up and convinces you that he can win money for you and stop unfair collection procedures. He barely follows up with you and even switched firms in the middle of my lawsuit. I only noticed and inquired about the change of firms after being contacted by a new paralegal working for him who left the name of a totally different firm. When I asked him who this person was he proceeded to inform me that his firm was taken over by a larger firm and that was his new assistant. After 4 months of phone calls, emails, and faxing proof of the unfair collection practices Dennis the D*ckhead wasn't even man enough to speak to me on the phone. He sent an email and a letter stating that his new firm told him to back off and that the collection agency was only willing to pay $1000.00. OK why didn't I get that money for all of my aggravation and harassment? Because he and his new firm kept it to prove just how slimy a bastard he is and how after all his years of law school he still takes orders and doesn't know shit! My advice if you come across this dude...RUN AWAY!!!
PS...after he tells you via email that he collected money he no longer answers or returns your phone calls. He is located in Manhattan!!
