Dear Sir/Madam

I asked for my credit report and found out that Welcome Finance has reported me for having a loan with them which is totally not true.

I took out a car with them and on my way home the car broke down, neither them of their care dealer would take responsibility So I end up taking the car back to one of their branch in New Southgate after their staff were very rude to me over the phone and challenge me to a fight

Welcome agreed to accept the car and settled the finance and take the blame for the problem. But now I found out that I have been reported to the credit expert and that was not what's in the letter to me when the manager apologised and agreed.

I demand to get and answerer to this mess or I would like to take this much further as my credit report spoil.
