Took case to Volusia County Small Claims Court and received a judgment in our favor in May. Fortunately I have excellent records to support every issue we had. If you have good records, it's worth the effort. Don't understand how the police think he didn't know what was going on. The lobby was full of people waiting to complain all of the time.
