I filled in a questionnaire on line and order a trial product. Now shipping charges and product charges are being taken out of my bank account. How do I stop these payments and get my money back.

I am an old age pensioner and thought I was doing something that would help me will my health and well being, but now find that I am the victim of a scam.

Please can you help me??

As previous Complainant I filledin questionnaire and was billed for 50.03 pounds. This is a Scam and I want my money back. As an O.A.P Ican illafford this. Please help Thanks A Owen.
