Signed up for free trials for tooth whiteners...Dazzle White and PerfectSmile. Advertised expenses for trial was shipping only for $1.95. Charge for 49.38 showed up on my account from WellBhealth. I called the number on the bank statement and found out WellBhealth was the corporate name of DazzleWhite. They said when I ordered the free trial agreed to the $49.38 charge...does this make sense to you? I asked them to show me the fine print for this charge on their advertisement on the web. They just said they would cancel my "membership " and I would receive no further charges but would not agree to refund the money. I called my bank, filed a fraud claim, had the charges taken off my account, but I had to cancel my card to do this. It is day 12 and I have not received the product yet. Their 14 day trial starts when you order the product, not when you receive it. After 14 days they will charge your account $78.00.
