Wellness Watch MD charged my account for $1.84 without my permission. They claim it was an "Activation Fee" for a Free Trial I was to receive. I had requested to cancel this free trial before the charge appeared on my account. I contacted the company and asked for a refund. In the process my account was debited AGAIN for the same amount. I did receive one refund but they have given me the runaround for the last month claiming they don't see the second charge on their end and I should contact my bank. Well I am EMPLOYED by the bank so I have full access to my account. I would never do business with this company as their customer service is inadequate and not possible of giving customers and service!
