After paying my bills when they are due I discover my due date has changed. I submit my payments online thru bill pay from my bank. I get late fees because they claim they got the payment late. My bank assured me when the money is debited from my account that means the payee has recieved the payment. Why is it that an electronic payment takes Wellsfargo more days than others to post to my account. My money was out of my bank account on the 11th of the month but Wellsfargo claim they didnt get it until the 18th and was due on the 17th. One day late but why? Where was the money? Floating around somewhere. So they decided to change the due date to the 7th of the month and I scheduled payment to be paid on the 4th. Why again they tack another late fee on me because they recieved it on the 8th. I cant win with these people. No matter how much I explained that my payment being electronic should get to them on time and they refuse to budge. They want the late fee and refuse to remove it causing my minimum payment to go up .
