Purchased a download for 29.95 from what I thought was a reputable medical site. Received the download and printed the info. Later I kept receiving e-mails from them touting their other products. Used my American Express card to pay for the download but now find they have charged another 29.95 in Dec. Tried calling them but stayed on hold for about 20 min. before hanging up. Finally reported them to American Express who are beginning an investigation. Since, I have read several other reports of this fraudulent outfit.
