These whom I never heard of until a few days ago had the nerve to sue me in civil court. They never even sent me a letter to appear in court. How can someone sue and not give you the chance to defend yourself. I only found out about all this when I checked my credit report.What can I do know to reverse this they had to break some law? I f not that means anyone can pick a name out of the phone book and just sue that person. I believe what they did was unconstitutional, unethical and downright scandalous.
