I went into the local Wendy's at 4:00 P.M. (not a tremendously busy time for a restaurant) and waited in line for 12 minutes (with no other customers in front of me, then upon ordering I presented the coupon that Wendy's had printed in the local advertising book. The manager said"we no longer accept these coupons." They shouldn't have advertised for buy one 1/4 lb. burger-get one free and just change their minds after advertising. I then told them to cancel my order and went into the restroom upon exiting. It was filthy! One of the two toilets did not work and there was soap all over the counter top. This chain REALLY needs to GET IT TOGETHER!
