I tried to do business with this company, but they were never around. I tried to order a sauna from them, but could never talk to anyone (or engage in the online chat) to place the order. I even tried to place the order online. After 3 days of not having a change to my order status, I decided to call them. I still was not able to get my phone calls even answered. The way I looked at it...If they don't even have my money and they are ignoring my phone calls, I can only imagine what they will be like once they get my money and something goes wrong with the product. I'd stay away from this company.
