Repair work is typically only done on clean rugs (meaning after our wash). Timing can be up to an additional 3 weeks for the repair work, on top of the wash cycle, as it depends on how many rugs in a particular batch need repair work and to what degree, as well as how much work he already has on his table. Some rugs will be addressed before the wash, such as in the case of dry rot or where there is a hole in the rug that needs stabilizing or patching, so as to not lose any additional knots in the the cleaning process.
