After selecting a washer and dryer, and requesting them to be delivered, they were first 2 days late. When they were done delivering, the brand new tool set I had on the counter near the appliances were missing. My wife noticed them taking them, but she thought they were theirs, it didn't cross her mind they'd steal OUR tools. I asked her about it later, and she was like "oh my god, those were ours!". I called customer service, Debbie said "we asked the drivers, they say they didn't do it, so they didn't do it". Regardless of it being seen. In short, if you don't want items to turn up missing, don't have this company deliver. If you want customer service, don't deal with them either. They say "We'll call you back", and never will.
