Do Not Use Western Dental Ever! I should have went with my gut instinct! Reading all these reviews as well just confirms it! My husband and I set up appointments for a Saturday, since most dentists are closed on weekends. When we arrived we were asked to sign all this paperwork, including a credit report to be run for payments plans! WTF! I hadn't even been seen and was only there for a CLEANING! So we then waited and waited and waited some more, until an HOUR later we were brought back for X-rays. My husband received a teeth cleaning, they asked me to come back when I was to get a "supposed" cavity filled and get a cleaning then. Within a week I receieved payment stubs in the mail for the UPCOMING work to be done. They have the due set up so that you have to pay before your insurance pays. So they receive DOUBLE payment, one from YOU and one from the insurance company!!! Argh!!! Is this legal? Can a company continue to get away with this type of service? I am sick to my stomach over it! Class action lawsuit sounds glorious to me! Let's take them DOWN!
