Re: K.M.Trading Bill# 10/26

I went to K. M. Trading, Sharjah to make few purchases.

I bought a WESTERN W8724-G for which the tag price is AED. 245/-. When went to the counter for payment, the cashier scanned the item and told me that, the price is AED. 264/-! The supervisor then came and told me that, the system is correct and they forgot to change the price in the tag. I agreed. Because error is human and forgiveness is devine.

Then two ceramic bowls scanned for which the tag price is AED. 11/- each, and the system showed AED. 8.50. The cashier shouted again for the supervisor. The supervisor came checked the price and told me the system is wrong!

For the first item the system is correct and for the second item system is wrong! Hence, I believe it is the policy of K. M. Trading to stick on high price always.
