Beware of Westin in Bali for racisism towards Asian customers.

We were harrassed by a couple from Australia who were billigerent alchoholics. This couple verbally abused and threatened us on two different occasions. The 2nd time when we complained to Westin Hotel Management they tried to hush up the event. Westin even tried to protect the identity of this Australian Couple and pretended to not know what room they were in. When we pushed for polic reports then only did they make an attempt to find the couple and "talk with them".

All four of us were astonished at how Westin really dint take any action what so ever.

Not wanting to get into to much details but just wanted to warn people about this unfair and unjust treatment by Westin Hotel in Bali, Indonesia.
