I brought this WestingHouse TV on EBAy in december for my brother. It was refurbished item. I was in my brothers place when this was delivered. To my surprise as soon as i switched on it shutoff after two minutes. My brother shipped the product for service in Jan of 2008, my brother lives in kansas. After repeated instructions to westinghouse to ship the fixed TV to kansas they shipped to me in new jersy. i sent back the tV (big mistake) to westing house. so that they can ship the product to kansas. Until now after a solid year and un countable calls to westing house they do not know where my TV is . Such a poor service and waste of my time . Do not know what to do now? After a year i do not have TV (360 dollars).
