I bought my Television new in April 2008 The Dvd player does not work across the the screen in a big blue box 15x8 it says in the blue box
18GOWO12 then under that is says
factory.
I have called in many times they say it is an easy fix that you have to mail me a disk to fix the problem. The problem is that I cannot seem to get any one to mail me the disk Please I am pleasding with you to mail me the disk and have a happy customer. I am at a loss of what to do I only bought the TV because of the built in DVD. and it will not work Please help me. Melody
