I was rented a room that was filthy. The bed did not have clean sheets or pillow cases, the towels had greasy hand prints on them, same with the roll of toilet paper greasy hand prints, floor had not been vacuumed, tub had not been cleaned, no soap in the room. The buttons and knob to control the heater/air-conditioner were all broken or missing. Advertized continentiel breakfast as advertized was not available at the hours specified (office locked) I asked for a non smoking room and it was directly above the managers room and they smoked in their room and they also smoked outside directly under the door of my room. I have stayed in a lot of motels in my life but this is by far the worst I have ever stayed in.
