Subject: - Refund of Fare


With reference to the above subject matter, I have send a application for refund of fare with ticket deposit receipt reference no 337471 for my cancelled ticket PNR No: 852-1197459 train no 2655, Navjivan Express 3-tier A/c, dated on 14/05/2009 from Ahmedabad to Chennai through courier dated on 8/06/2009 on ONDOT courier .But four months has gone still I didn’t get any type response from you. So please clarify. It is cancelled or either it is in progress. please make further necessary action through this below mentioned correspondence address.
So please look in to the matter urgently and do the needful favorably at your end.
