Someone from WFS named Michael (who misrepresented himself as a private investigator) and Michelle called both my home and work threatening to repossess my vehicle if I didn't make an immediate payment. They refused to be nice, cut my communication, yelled at me, and basically did not wish to work out any type of payment arrangement that was reasonable and were downright threatening. I was only one day into my next months payment and I had previously gone onto their website and tried to make a payment and the computer program refused to let me, I tried to give one payment to Michael and Michelle and they too refused, said they had to have it ALL and continued to demean me for not being able to do so. This company should be fined and put out of business for their immoral collection practices.
