I have recently placed orders for Dermalogica skincare products from www.WhatGreatSkin.com. I received some products which looked opened and used. Knowing that I have flushed good money down the drain, I was courteous enough to call the company to inform them of the problem. After which, I filed a complaint to the local Better Business Bureau. I received a very thought provoking reply from the company stating that they are serious with their business and that I am not balanced. Since when did a consumer and business interaction have anything to do with the mental state of the consumer? I am at the point of filing a law suit to that company for simply expressing their freedom of speech as a way of getting back to me. If the company is not capable to listen to an angry consumer, then they should at least learn to shut their gap. I have gone ahead to discard the products into the garbage and take this as real time learning experience.
