I ordered a set of wheels from their website. later the same day I recieved a call from them saying the wheels I ordered are no longer manufactured. I got back on the website and found another set. I called them back and placed the order. I even confirmed with the tech what the order was. When the wheels arrived 2 weeks later. All four were damaged, the wheels were the wrong size and the tires were the wrong size too. The packaging was Saran wrap and a piece of cardboard. Not what I would expect for a $1300 order. I have been fighting with their costumer service department to have the wheels picked back up. Their website says that fed Ex will come out and inspect the damage, and take the wheels. Well customer service had me package the wheels back up, and threatened to hold me liable if any damage occurs during the return shipment. The wheels are still sitting in my garage waiting for fed ex to come. I have called, I have emailed and I am still not getting any movement. I want my money back!! Go elsewhere if you want what you order in a timely manner!
