I so sick of people pissing and moaning about how they were taken advantage of or "ripped off" by this shop or that shop. Most of the time customers dont pay attention to what they are told. When they go back to complain its usually because they hadnt listen the fist time. One thing holds true in all aspects of sales. BUYERS ARE LIARS!!! They only hear what they want and when it doesnt suit them they'll turn around and post bad comments about their local shop. The only thing your doing is showing your ignorance. PAY attention what your told and most of the time you can resolve issues you may have. As far as "upsells" I am so sorry they call you to let you know the situation of this or that. Next time rest assure you wont be getting a call and I hope your car breaks down. Now if we didn't tell you about a situation with your car you would go back and complain, oh big surprise your complaining again, and ask 'why didnt you tell me about this last time I was in.' My response would be you didnt want to know last time when something else was wrong why should I take the effort now. Piss off you whiny pissants.
