The plastic washer drum casing failed after two years use. Water flowed over electrical parts and onto the floor, creating an electrocution hazard. The company has redesigned this part but has not issued a recall and will not make the repair. They have offered me the part free, but the labor will cost as much a new unit! I have contacted the Consumer Product Safety Commission.
