I purchased a Whirlpool refrigtator, which is the best claimed by the company Whirlpool Mastermind (india`s first fully automatic Refrigerator, shown in their catalouge) I purchased this on 24th Ocober 2009, through their dealer M/s Computer Electronic Shakti Nagar Delhi against full & final payment of Rs. 17900/-

As every body knows Nov-December-Jan-Feb-March are not summer season, so these 5 months of winter, cooling was ok, but as soon as May june of hot summer season start, this fridge loose its cooling effect, lower door inside portion was completely fail.
Complaint has been made on company customer cell, 2-3 times their rep. visited but it could not be started in perfect cooling condition. They said its sencor was defected and making various call they did not replace the part till date. If company is providing such substandard material at so high price than what will the fate of this Whirlpool company.
