I recently filed a complaint against this company. In the meantime I have been contacted by them and they have bent over backwards trying to rectify their mistakes. Since they could not find the poem I originally purchased books for, they are refunding my money. PLEASE REMOVE MY COMPLAINT about their company off your records. They have done all they possibly can to fix the original problem. I can't ask anymore than that.
