I have just read a lot of the complaints that other people have made because I myself was starting to wonder what happened to my book that I ordered. I thought I was really lucky to have my poem published because it had to do with something very tragic; and so when I recieved that letter my husband said he would pay for a copy so I could see my work in print. But apparently you guys are just out to make a quick buck. I would also like to point out that the number that was printed on my return letter was disconnected and I had to call information to get the right number. And then everytime I call; just like some of you others, all you get is a message and no one calls you back. I agree some law inforcement needs to step up and shut you guys down, we either want our money back or you guys need to send people what they pay for.
