They offer you a 7day trial period for $4.87 (you can cancel @ anytime)...only to find out that once you sign up there are all these fees that are noN-refundable one of them is a cancelation fee for $30.00. Also, If you don t cancel in 14days then they will bill you your first month of$69.95...I tried to cancel right away by calling their customer service 800# and I had to leave message after message to cancel this product. In the mean time they never canceled my product...$69.95 plus $15.95 (some other additional fee) were charged to my Credit Card.After three weeks of trying to get somebody...they told me to send the product back, and that I will only be credit $34.95 out of $99 in charges all said and done. I told them that I will send the product back after I recieve it. Two weeks later the product arrived I shipped it back (costing another $5.48). Then I called back to make sure that they recieved their product back only to get another rude customer service agent telling me that its not their fault that it cost me $99 for a product that I did not use, and that it was all in the service agreement (the same agreement that I recieved after I signed up for 7 day FREE Trial). THIS COMPANY IS A BIG SCAM...IF THIS HAPPEND TO YOU PLEASE CONTACT YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND TELL THEM THAT YOU WANT TO FILE FRAUDULANT CREDIT CARD CHARGES AGAINST THIS COMPANY AND YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO GET MOST OF YOUR MONEY BACK...I DID!!!
