I'm very upset due to the harassment endured at the White PLain store; my plan is to contact the media about mi issues with this store.Everything started on 7/7/09.To get the furniture delivered was a tremendous hazard;then up to today the HeadBoard hasn't arrived, no matter how many time I asked for it.I was overcharged for furniture I do not have.Mr Mercado the store manager claimed as an HONEST MISTAKE, but still committed to the Harrashment Ihave being subject for the past 5 weeks.I lost my friends because of the store calling them when I do not owe them, instead I'm supposed to get a credit.This afternoon the store went to pick up the furniture when I was already in my car going to school.I want to take this matter to the Small Claims Court not for the money$63.99 but for the morality of the issue and the tactics and misleading ways of Rent A Center gather info to then disrupt the lives of the individuals used as REFERENCES ONLY.
