I bought my wife a diamond necklace for Christmas and Whitehall told me it would be available for pick up in no later than three days, so she would get it in time for Christmas. I didn't receive it in that time frame and so I cancelled the order after waiting a month later and they refused to give me my money back even though it was there guarantee! I never received the necklace and am still being billed for it and nobody will return my calls or answer my complaints! I will never shop there again or use ge money bank services! I still am determined to get my money back and will continue to fight even though it has been well over a year since this happened!
