It is the biggest problem with cable network that there is no rules against the cable operators. Cable operators can do anything that they like. Cable operators has divided areas to each one and no other operator can enter in their area, if someone try to do so t they could make harm to the person who was trying to. One murder was also done few years ago for this area thing. They can take rent on their how much they like to take, because no any other cable operator can start his cable network in the "area" and also government has made the rule due to that a normal person can't afford disc on his roof personally, while few year ago he can do so and he can enjoy free air channel without any cost.
