I agree with all the complaints about this company's poor customer service, terrible business, and deceptive methods. They are NOT worth whatever money you might save (and you won't save much), not to mention the fact that they scammed me into paying $9.95 a month when I'd never checked any boxes to become a member. Totally untrustworthy.
