It's refreshing to know that I'm not the only one that's having difficulties with this company. My son received his letter back in 08' - 09' school year. It was around the same time as his Duke TIP letter. So, I didn't think anything of it. When I was younger I received a letter myself for Who's Who. I figured it would take some time, but when October came around I sent them an e-mail. They told me delivery would be between November - December via e-mail. But as to date, nothing & I never got a response from my calls. It's very disappointing that you can't trust a company you've personally delt with to fufill their end of the bargin. If there's anyway we track this company down PLEASE!!! let us know.
