I would like to respond to the claims on Whyham. I agree that information cannot be taken unless given, however, when a couple or family is preached a good sermon and would like to take advantage of the positive outcomes you hope the preacher is honest. I do believe that is what these individuals as well as myself are trying to state. I too have invested money into Whyham and found it a challenge to get the locations or dates I need. It is very challenging and inconvenient to have to continually call back day after day to view any cancellations. I would do as well bidding the lottery. Recently I was told that Whyham has pulled themselves out of a lot of the resorts they were advertising. Therefore, adding to the already complicated system of getting a nice couple or family vacation. I then was told that we have until October to use our points or we lose them. I told them that is not my contract and I paid for the points. We've only had the points for a year and have had huge challenges in getting locations and dates. My spouse is deployed which also can complicate when we would be able to go, however, even long range planning for rest and recuperation is a challenge with Whyham as they supposely are booked out years. They told me I could extend my membership by 7 months calling in September and booking a trip. Then I could call back and cancel the trip but would then have my extension. How nice. I too would like to remove us from the Whyham clientel and get a refund on my unused portions of points. I would be willing to ban together and sue on the claim that Whyham failed to supply the services and goods they had promised. In addition, they failed to let their buyers know about their changes and pulling out of many resorts. My husband and I found this out from a previous Whyham salesperson who is now working for someone else.
