I just called the 866-396-5711 number and had some success. After being told they could only refund 19.95, I asked to speak to a superviser. They told me I was next in line, then suspiciously I got hung up on. Of course, I called back and when I finally reached a superviser, he told me that he would refund me two months. I brought up the point that I was looking at the Wu Yi order confermation where it listed my free trials and living lean was not on there. I also asked where there email was giving me the website to use with a username or password. He swore it was sent out, but luckily I keep an email just for junk and never delete anything. Nothing was there. At the end of the conversation, he refunded me all three months...we'll see if it shows up on my bank statement in 3-5 buisness days!
