I was shopping today at The Home Depot on Rte 66 in Neptune N.J.& was appalled at the treatment my sister and I received from an employee named Jeanie. I work in customer relations as does my sister and neither one of us would treat a customer the way we were treated. The only saving grace the store has to offer is the store manager Josh. He is a very pleasant man that not only takes pride in himself but also in his store. The Home Depot is very lucky to have Josh as an employee. He took an uncomfortable situation and turned it into a comfortable one. He is very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Because of Josh I will continue to shop at The Home Depot.
